By accessing and using sunseeder at https://sunseeder.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before signing up.

1. About the service

Sunseeder is a platform for learning essential life skills in the AI age, offering two main services:

  • Membership newsletter — in-depth articles on AI, business skills, finance and learning methods. Two types: free articles (open to all) and PRO articles (exclusive to VIP members).
  • Digital books — comprehensive e-books (50–150 pages) with hands-on learning paths. One-time purchase, lifetime access.

2. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts are for personal use only — do not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

3. VIP membership

  • VIP is billed monthly and automatically renews at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain VIP access until the paid period expires.
  • We do not issue refunds for the remaining time in a billing cycle after cancellation.
  • Subscription pricing may change. Current members will be notified at least 30 days before a new price takes effect.

4. Digital book purchases

  • Digital book purchases are one-time, non-refundable after you have accessed the book content, as digital goods can be copied instantly.
  • If a technical issue prevents you from accessing a purchased book, contact us within 7 days for support or a refund.
  • You receive a personal, perpetual license. This does not include redistribution, commercial printing, or copying for others.

5. Content ownership

All content on Sunseeder — articles, digital books, images, designs — is the intellectual property of Sunseeder or used under valid license. You may not:

  • Copy, republish, or distribute content in any form
  • Sell or transfer access to others
  • Use content to train commercial AI models without permission

Sharing brief quotes (under 200 words) with clear attribution to Sunseeder is encouraged.

6. Payments

All transactions are processed by Stripe. We accept international credit/debit cards. You agree to provide accurate payment information and update it as needed. If your card expires or is declined, your VIP account may be suspended until payment succeeds.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sunseeder to:

  • Violate any applicable law
  • Distribute harmful, misleading content or infringe on others' rights
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users' data

8. Limitation of liability

Content on Sunseeder is educational and based on practical experience. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from applying the knowledge. Financial, business, or career decisions are your personal responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, Sunseeder's liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the most recent 3 months.

9. Service changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service. Significant changes affecting member benefits will be communicated at least 14 days in advance.
